1. Who provides the services
EdgeBefore provides educational live Buildathons, workshops, cohort programs, advisory services, news tracking pages, community channels and (in future) software products and knowledge materials. Services are provided by , . Descriptions on this site are for information and may change.
2. Not legal or professional advice
Content, sessions and advisory from EdgeBefore are educational and informational. Nothing constitutes legal, financial or other professional advice, and no lawyer–client or similar relationship is created by using this website or attending our sessions. You remain responsible for your own professional and ethical obligations.
3. AI outputs and your responsibilities
AI tools can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them, for complying with confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and for following the terms of every third-party platform you use. Do not upload confidential or client information to AI tools unless you are permitted to and have appropriate safeguards. During our sessions, use sample or synthetic data only.
4. Enrolment, payments, delivery and refunds
Prices are in Indian rupees and are the final price you pay; no taxes or fees are added at checkout. An early-bird price applies until the deadline shown on the event page, and the regular price applies after it. A seat is confirmed only when payment is complete. Refunds, cancellations, seat transfers and the Ship-it Guarantee are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy; how and when access is delivered is governed by our Delivery Policy. Workshops and add-ons are priced separately in Indian rupees; when you buy several at once (a “bucket” or Buildathon add-ons) we send one combined payment link, and nothing is charged until you pay it. Programs and services are governed by the terms communicated at the time of purchase.
4A. Workshops and digital content
Workshop dates, formats and replay periods are announced to enrolled students and may change. Access is personal to you; do not share joining links, recordings or materials. Descriptions of tools, versions and outcomes reflect what is available at the time and are not a promise that any third-party tool will remain available, free or unchanged.
5. Recording
Live sessions may be recorded, including your audio, video and chat if you share them, so that attendees can watch replays. Please keep your camera and microphone off if you do not want to be recorded. Recordings are for attendees only and may not be shared.
6. Intellectual property
Course materials, recordings, templates, branding and website content are owned by EdgeBefore or its licensors. Do not copy, redistribute or resell them without written permission. What you build during a session remains yours, subject to the licences of the tools and templates you use. We may ask before showcasing your work.
7. Conduct and community channels
Be respectful. We may remove anyone who harasses others, breaks the law, or disrupts a session, without a refund. Our WhatsApp and Telegram channels and groups are optional and run on those platforms’ own terms. Don’t post spam, promotions, confidential or client information, or anyone else’s personal data; we may remove posts and members at our discretion.
7A. Third-party names, news and tracks
Product and company names (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, OpenClaw, Cursor and others) belong to their owners and are used only to describe what is taught; EdgeBefore is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. The AI Track and Legal AI Track show headlines and links from independent publishers: we don’t write, verify or endorse them, they may be wrong or change, and they are not professional advice. The “bot” roles taught in our programs (for example a BOT GC or BOT CISO) are decision-support workflows; they do not replace a licensed lawyer, security professional or other regulated adviser.
7B. Knowledge materials
Books, study materials and courses published under the LegalEdge name are not yet on sale. When they launch, their own terms, pricing and delivery details will be shown at the point of purchase.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeBefore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, sessions, or the AI tools discussed. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We do not promise any particular income, job, or business result.
